An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Organisational Development professional to join the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham as a Change Programme Organisational Development Lead.
Working closely with the OD Manager and senior leaders, you will play a key role in delivering the Council's transformation agenda, helping to create more resident-centred, preventative and place-based services.
