Change Manager – Technology Change (12-Month FTC)

About the role

This team is at the heart of designing and enabling transformational technology-based change across Tesco. The team handles a diverse portfolio of projects and programmes that impact colleagues and suppliers across Tesco at all levels. We recognise that change management is a critical element of successful transformation to ensure we realise our benefits. As such, we are looking for a Change Manager with experience of, and passion for, delivering effective change. This is a 12-month fixed‑term contract (FTC) opportunity.

You will be responsible for

• Reporting to the Change Lead to empower Tesco colleagues across head office divisions to lead, embrace and sustain changes in ways of working.
