The Change Manager will lead end-to-end change management activities for a high-impact, cross-functional initiative that spans Sourcing, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Product Development, and Global Supply Chain teams. This role focuses on driving successful implementation and adoption of an internally developed sourcing technology solution (SIMS), partnering closely with program leaders, product owners, sourcing, finance, technology teams, and diverse stakeholders.
