ROLE SUMMARY:
The Change Manager – Operational Training is responsible for leading and supporting the implementation of key initiatives within the VICSES Operational Training Roadmap. Working closely with the Assistant Chief Officer (Operational Training), the role drives organisational change that enhances training outcomes, strengthens volunteer capability, and supports the safety and operational readiness of the VICSES workforce. The position partners with volunteers, trainers, operational leaders and key stakeholders to plan, coordinate and embed sustainable change initiatives aligned with organisational priorities and the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) framework.
