Change Management Lead, ITSM (From Scratch) – Regional SSC

Hyva is establishing a Regional Hub/SSC in Kuala Lumpur and seeks a Change Management (ITSM) Specialist. You will architect ITSM processes from scratch, lead the change lifecycle, design and maintain CMDB, and drive CSI across IT services. Hybrid work across multiple time zones supports broad collaboration.

The role requires 3–5 years in ITSM (CMDB, Incident, Problem), ITIL v4 Foundation, and strong communication. Mandarin helpful; English required. Diploma or Bachelor in CS/IT preferred.
