Change Management Lead – Invoice System Rollout, Helsinki

Academic Work is seeking a Change Management Specialist to lead the human aspects of a global invoice management system rollout in a hybrid role based in Helsinki. You will be responsible for end-to-end change management processes, including storytelling and stakeholder engagement across approximately 15 countries.

The ideal candidate must have knowledge of change management methodologies, advanced English skills, and communication abilities. Experience with finance-related technology projects is a plus.
