Change Management Consultant

Our Client, an American Multinational Clothing and Accessories Retailer company, is looking for a Change Management Consultant for their Remote location. Responsibilities:

+ Own comprehensive communications production across all four releases — developing message strategies, creating publish-ready email campaigns, drafting town hall materials, and executing reinforcement communications tailored to procurement, AP, legal, supplier management, and business partner audiences.

+ Design, develop, and coordinate training curriculum and content delivery for Zip, Coupa SIM and Ironclad CLM implementations, including foundational learning content, step-by-step user guides, quick reference materials, and enterprise training execution framework for integrated solution rollout.
