This role involves supporting platform migration efforts within the Medica Transformation Team, focusing on leading change strategy and execution across IT and business stakeholders. The consultant will ensure the successful and timely adoption of new platforms, processes, and ways of working while building credibility across a complex organization.
Responsibilities
+ Identify and cultivate strong stakeholder relationships.
+ Proactively identify and mitigate adoption risks.
+ Drive engagement and organizational readiness through comprehensive change plans.
+ Provide consistent program updates and partner closely with Change Management, PMO, IT, and business leaders.
+ Coach peers, share best practices, and identify cross-functional impacts and dependencies.
+ Ensure a connected, consistent change experience across the enterprise.
