Change Management Consultant

The Corporate Function Program Management Office (CFPMO) is seeking an experienced Change Management Learning Consultant (Learning Consultant). You will be responsible to lead all facets of training on low to high complexity projects that require people to adopt new ways of working – from initial intake and needs assessment to developing, delivering, and measuring the impact of engaging training curriculum (eLearning, video, podcasts, etc.) that enable participants to learn new skills, behaviors, and/or ways of working and achieves project objectives (ROI). You will work closely with the project change manager, workstream leads, program leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on an overall learning approach that engages and inspires learners and delivers high adoption.
