We are looking for a highly organised and conscientious individual to join our Justice Quality Improvement team as a CFO Evolution Quality and Engagement Officer within The Growth Company's Central Support function. 

This is an opportunity to join a supportive team working on the CFO Evolution contract, commissioned by the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) to deliver support to people in prison and on probation across Yorkshire and Humber. The role sits at the operational heart of the contract, keeping participant retention, risk and quality data accurate and current so that nothing that matters slips through the net. 

The core focus of the role is administrative: monitoring retention and risk trackers, contacting participants who have disengaged, administering Outcome Star reviews and participant feedback, and keeping CATS and internal systems up to date.
