**Gruppo Lactalis Italia** is looking for a Certosa Plant Production Manager to join the Industrial Department of the **BU Cheese** at the Giussago (PV) Plant.
The resource, reporting to the Plant Director, will have the following responsibilities:
* Ensure the correct progress of the weekly production program, promoting continuous improvement of plant performance and ensuring compliance with food safety, environmental, and workplace safety regulations;
* Collaborate with planning in defining the weekly production program, ensuring its correct progress and managing processes and packaging lines in compliance with required industrial performance;
