Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Job Description We are seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide pediatric occupational therapy services for Early Intervention (birth3) and school-age students across home, school, and community settings on Long Island. The COTA will implement treatment plans developed by a supervising Occupational Therapist to support children with developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, fine motor and visual-motor deficits, and functional skill needs. This role emphasizes hands-on, individualized interventions that promote participation in daily routines, academic tasks, and age-appropriate activities.
