Certified Crane Operator

Position Summary

The Certified Crane Operator is a safety focused professional with the ability to construct and repair electrical systems. You will be required to travel to different job sites, including out ‑ of ‑ state locations, as operational and customer needs dictate. You will report to the Foreman.

Essential Functions
+ Operate Cranes and Boom Trucks to perform new construction, maintain and repair electrical systems.
+ Maintain company vehicles, equipment and tools in good working order.
+ Inspect the crane or boom truck, cribbing and outriggers.
+ Oversee the setup of the crane and/or boom truck with correct rigging techniques.
+ Read load charts and rigging techniques along with writing up lift plans.
+ Willing and able to learn the job duties of a Groundman, Class C Lineman and Heavy Equipment Operator.
+ While not operating the Crane or Boom Truck you will assist the crew with shoveling dirt and tamp pole holes
+ Work outdoors ...
