Certified Crane Operator

McMillen, Inc. is looking for a Certified Crane Operator.  The right candidate will be willing to perform other related duties outside the cab in addition to operating the crane. We are a drug-free workplace, and you must consent to drug test and background checks.

The Operator's function is to be able to safely operate our Lattice Boom Crawler Manitowoc . The operator must have good operational skills to be able to produce high volume quality work in a safety-conscious work environment. The operator must be able to effectively communicate with boat captains, foremen, and laborers to produce quality work in high volume, time-sensitive conditions.
