Responsibilities
+ Mix IV and other pharmaceutical preparations using proper sterile compounding techniques.
+ Adhere to all documented instructions, warnings, procedures, and best practices.
+ Perform environmental monitoring, sanitation, testing, and other activities required by applicable federal and state pharmacy regulations and USP-797 standards.
+ Maintain accurate drug inventory through purchasing, receiving, stocking, pulling, counting, and tracking according to established policies and procedures.
