CEO, Digital Takaful Operator & FinTech Innovator

OI is building Malaysia's first digital takaful operator and is seeking a dynamic, hands-on leader to drive the business from regulatory approval to launch. As a CEO, you will be responsible for leading the DITO licence application, managing the founding team, and creating a compliant, technology-led business.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in fintech or regulated businesses and a strong understanding of financial services. Leadership, financial discipline, and the ability to work with regulators are essential.

This role requires a builder mindset, calm under pressure and willing to make quick decisions.
