**Job Summary:**
Responsible for maximizing the potential of the automated nurse scheduling program, maintaining accurate data base in scheduling system, and working with the Clinical Managers to create and generate work schedules for all unit staff. Responsible for coordinating the scheduling of the employees to meet unit and individual needs while maintaining the integrity of the schedule. Collaborate with the PRN staff and the Mobile Resource Pool to assist with pre-assignments and scheduling. This will require flexible hours and after hours contact with employees.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
**Education** : High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
**Experience:** Minimum 2 years of recent hospital and or scheduling experience. Experience with OneStaff Scheduling program preferred.
