You will oversee the execution of mine development, production, and maintenance, ensuring alignment with safety standards and operational excellence. Your role includes mentoring teams and driving a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as Assistant General Manager when needed
• Mentor Operations leadership and staff for development
• Ensure alignment of objectives with business goals
• Engage in long-term planning and improvements
• Maintain strong partnerships with external stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in mining engineering or a related field
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in mining operations
• At least 10 years in senior leadership positions
