Role Snapshot:

• Lead end-to-end centre operations across Front Office, Therapists, Doctors, Housekeeping, Procurement, and Administration.

• Manage manpower planning, shift rosters, attendance, and team scheduling.

• Drive operational excellence by ensuring SOP compliance, service quality, and grooming standards.
