About the Role

You will be responsible for the performance of machines and the status of implementation of Daily Management Systems (DMS) in the supervised production cell. The BME Cell Leader will lead the Team to achieve goals defined by business needs, the Master Plan, and the Annual Department Plan. This position will be accountable for the effective implementation of Incident Elimination (IE), Defects Handling (DH), and cleaning, inspection, and lubrication activities.

Responsibilities Manage the cleaning, inspection, and lubrication (CIL) process on machines and continuously improve the process.
