Develop and maintaina Soho environment, dedicated to attentive, distinctive experience in all aspects of dining and amenities.
Meet restaurant’s financial objectivesby forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
Plan menus by consulting with Chefs; estimate food costs and profits; adjust menus as required.
Monitor weekly Food, Beverageand Wage costs.
Ensure maximum revenue is achieved from all F&B related sales opportunitiesand profit is maximized.
Resolve guest complaints, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodatingspecial requests whenever possible.
