POSITION SUMMARY: Assists in the implementation of an early childhood preschool program by providing a safe learning environment for children through a structure conducive to young children's learning.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
+ First Aid and CPR certification obtainable upon hire
EXPERIENCE: One year of successful experience working with preschool children and their parents
QUALIFICATIONS:
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
+ Demonstrates sensitivity to the social and emotional needs of young children.
+ Promotes positive self-concept in children.
