CDP Product Manager: Guest 360 & Journey Analytics

Etihad is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead Guest 360 and Customer Journey Analytics initiatives in Abu Dhabi. You will bridge business, data, and engineering teams to translate customer needs into actionable requirements and drive personalization and omnichannel UX.

You will own and prioritize the backlog, define user stories with acceptance criteria, and measure adoption and impact of features using CRM, behavioural, and transactional data. Agile experience is essential.
