**Job Description**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Keep all DOT daily logs and fuel records accurate and current using ELD

1. Make sure all deliveries are on time and receipts are signed.

1. Inspect tractor and trailer & keep swept out.

1. Responsible for inspecting loads for quality as being unloaded.

1. Ensure all loads are strapped and properly secured

1. Operates fork trucks to levers and presses pedals to drive truck and control movement of lifting apparatus

1. Positions forks, lifting platform, or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials

1. Ensures all units are recorded on proper paperwork.

1. Fills out pre-inspection forms
