CDD - Running Athletes Team Manager, W/M

To cover a parental leave, we are looking for a Running Athletes Team Manager to lead the development and execution of our athlete strategy within the Running category. This role is responsible for translating the global sports marketing strategy into athlete selection, race planning, and performance management while ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

The position plays a central role within the sports marketing ecosystem, coordinating closely with Performance, Medical, Operations, and Marketing teams to optimize athlete support and maximize both sporting and brand impact.

The portfolio includes approximately to road running athletes, with close collaboration across the wider running team and athlete management structure.
