CDC Manager and Accreditation Lead

Job summary
Provide leadership and oversight for accreditation across the diagnostic services provided within the Community Diagnostic Centre in Stockton. The Radiology Service is delivered through specific service lines relating to imaging modalities including: Ultrasound; X-Ray; MRI; CT; and Fluoroscopy/Interventional Radiology across hospital and Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) sites. Other services currently delivered from CDC include cardiology diagnostics, respiratory diagnostics and phlebotomy. The post holder will be responsible for the quality assurance team within Radiology, with a base at the Community Diagnostic Centre hub, University Hospital Tees.

Main duties of the job

• Acting as the Trust Radiology lead for the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) and associated quality programmes.
