**POSITION SUMMARY**

The **CCTV Technician** is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and associated components, including digital video recorders, communications switches, touch screen displays, and low-voltage cabling infrastructure. This role requires advanced technical expertise to resolve complex issues and ensure the reliability and performance of surveillance and communications systems.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Apply advanced technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve complex system issues beyond standard manufacturer documentation.
