Job Description The objective of this position to operate the plant with high efficiency keeping in co-ordination with the Production Foreman, Production Fieldsmen, Technicians and Laboratory Operators. Improvement of the existing Operation practices for a better Productivity MAIN TARGETS a) Operate the Additive reception, Raw Mill, Kiln and Cement mill sections . b) Produce the Raw meal,Clinker and Cement of good quality conforming to the QMS standards and quantity target set by Production Engineer/ Production Manager. c) Implementation of QMS. Main duties: a) Co-Ordinate with Production Foreman and Production Fieldsmen for the smooth operation of the plant. b) Monitor the quality of the products- Raw meal, Clinker and Cement- and maintain the quality within the range as defined in the QMS procedures. c) Keep good co-ordination with the laboratory for the feedback of quality. d) To follow the non-conformatity procedure in case the product is not ...
