Our Syracuse-based Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) delivers essential behavioral health services to thousands of individuals each year. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team and help drive operational excellence.
About the Role:

TheCCBHC Operations Directorwill work in close partnership with the clinically focused CCBHC Service Director to oversee all operational aspects of the clinic. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for:

+ Financial Oversight: Leading program financing, including budget development, fiscal monitoring, and collaboration with internal departments on shared resources.
