**Job Description**

The Sous Chef will coordinate, plan, participate, and supervise the production, preparation, and presentation of food for a designated unit. This role is also responsible for planning, preparing, and executing high-quality food production for catered events. This role oversees menu preparation, food presentation, and adherence to food safety standards while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role collaborates with catering, culinary, and event teams to deliver outstanding dining experiences, manage kitchen staff, control food costs, and maintain efficient operations for events of all sizes.

**Compensation Data**

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $30.00 to $35.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
