Requirements
- 5–10 years of relevant UAE experience
- Strong experience in Private Label, Category Management, and Product Development
- Background in the Beauty, Skin Care, or Personal Care industry
- Commercially driven with strong sourcing, supplier management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify market trends and consumer insights
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category strategies for private label products
- Lead product innovation from concept to launch
- Manage sourcing, supplier relationships, and negotiations
- Identify market trends and consumer insights to drive growth
- Build and manage a high-performing Skin & Personal Care product portfolio
