Category Management Trainee

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The purpose of this internship is to provide a structured and hands‑on learning experience, enabling the intern to develop practical skills in retail operations, category management, and promotional execution within an international environment. In this training-focused role, the intern will support the EMEA Category Management and Retail Promotions teams across a wide range of operational and project activities, contributing to data accuracy, vendor assortment coordination, and in‑store space optimization while gaining exposure to cross‑functional collaboration and business processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support on Tenders, gaining exposure to procurement processes and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Compile and share NVO Forecasts with SC/CS, developing analytical skills and understanding of forecasting cycles.
