Casual / Part Time (Mooncake)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Promote and sell mooncakes and other festive products, while making suitable product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Perform stock replenishment and conduct regular inventory checks to ensure product availability.
• Maintain kiosk cleanliness, organization, and attractive product displays at all times.
• Assist with kiosk set-up, daily opening activities, and closing procedures.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Support sales targets and contribute to achieving overall kiosk performance goals.

Requirements

• Warm and hospitable, preferably with relevant experience
• Able to commit during the Festival Period (Mid August to Mid September)
• Able to lift and carry heavy boxes
