Position Summary

The Casino Greeter is responsible for providing a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to all guests entering the casino. As the first point of contact, the Greeter creates a memorable first impression, assists guests with general inquiries, promotes the loyalty program, and facilitates connections with the Casino Marketing & Player Development team to ensure an exceptional luxury guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome all casino guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.


• Provide information regarding casino facilities, promotions, events, and amenities.
