Job Title : Cashier / Treasury Specialist
Location : 11th Floor, Florencia 31, Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600 Ciudad de México, CDMX
Working Hours : Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Employee Loan Management - Track and clear personal advances in a timely manner; update the ledger daily.
• Deposit & Bond Tracking - Register deposits, performance bonds, and retention guarantees; follow up on collections.
• Payment Execution - Process approved payment requests (from Finance Manager or General Manager for urgent cases). Ensure payee matches invoice/receipt. Submit entries in the system with notes (bank transfer details, bank name, payment date). Send payment info to project/office groups.
