Key Responsibilities
Prepare, season, and grill chicken and other menu items according to approved recipes.
Monitor cooking temperatures, timing, and portion control.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet brand standards.
Conduct daily equipment checks and report faults.
Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards.
Manage stock rotation (FIFO) and minimise waste.
Clean grills, workstations, and utensils regularly.
Assist with stock counts and ingredient preparation.
Support kitchen operations during peak periods.
Comply with health, safety, and company policies.
