Cashier

Overview

Scan and itemize customer purchases accurately. Handle various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and gift cards. Issue receipts and provide customers with correct change.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with questions or concerns.
• Address and resolve any customer issues or complaints related to transactions or store policies.
• Offer promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs to customers when applicable.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers.
