Cashier at Ernest Chemists Limited

Our client is the leading pharmaceutical company in Ghana. The company now seeks a hands-on wholesale cashier to be based in either of the following locations: Okaishie, Odorkor, Tema, Dzorwulu, Spintex & East Legon.

Key Accountabilities

• Process and receive payments from customers

• Issue receipts for all purchases made by customers

• Review receipts to ensure they are were printed correctly

• Calculate and return change to customers when required

• Provide basic customer service by responding to customer queries where necessary

• Reconcile cash and sales receipts every day

• Perform book keeping practices in accordance with laid down procedure

• Maintain clean and tidy check out area

• Preparation and submission of cash reports

• Assist sales floor and other staff with stocking shelves and other branch activities
