Cashier

A Cashier is responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role involves handling cash, credit, or other forms of payment, managing the cash register, and assisting customers with inquiries or purchases.

Transaction Processing

• Operate cash registers, point-of-sale systems, and other payment systems.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Handle cash, credit cards, checks, and digital payment methods securely.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Basic math and computer skills for handling transactions and using point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
