- Strategic Process Leadership: Set strategy and priorities for cash application aligned with key outcomes: posting timeliness, AR integrity, unapplied cash reduction, compliance, and customer experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze the full workflow-from bank/lockbox intake to reconciliation-identify bottlenecks, and lead process and control enhancements.
- Governance & Reporting: Lead operational reviews with client SMEs, reporting performance, risks, and improvement progress.
- Client & Escalation Management: Serve as the main contact for SMEs, translating needs, resolving escalations, and ensuring alignment with daily operational realities.
