By building intentional, trusting relationships with youth and supporting their transition from institutional care back into society, the Case Worker facilitates healing, behavior change, and long-term self-reliance. This role is best suited for individuals who are sensitive, passionate, and deeply committed to working with youth in vulnerable and often volatile settings.
