Case Worker (Freelancer)

The Case Worker for the Family Service Centre (FSC) will support the Centre's casework system by managing assigned caseload and implementing client intervention plans.

• Casework & Counselling
  • Maintain a minimum caseload of 5 active cases a month.
  • Identify and assess the needs of the clients after which, plan and implement the appropriate intervention plans with them.
  • Conduct home visits and assessments to better understand family dynamics and the context of the clients' challenges.
  • Support the agency's casework system including administration, evaluation of intervention efficacy and ethical closure of cases.
  • Attend relevant case conferences, interagency meetings as required, advocating for client welfare and representing social work profession to best of ability.
