Position : Case Manager (HNW Insurance / New Business)
Location: Robinson Road (Nearest MRT: Shenton Way & Tanjong Pagar)
Working hours: Monday to Friday | 9am to 5.45pm (with 2 days WFH Per Month)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Basic salary of $5,500 - $7,500 per month + variable bonus + 18 to 25 days' annual leave + medical benefits
Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities- Prepare policy highlights, quotations and insurer illustrations for meetings conducted by sales consultants.
- Provide new‑business sales support and after‑sales policy‑servicing support to sales consultants.
- Ensure all required documents are obtained, accurately completed and properly maintained in the CRM system.
- Coordinate pre‑submission activities, including medical appointments, internal KYC documentation and insurers' application forms.
