Responsibilities
- Resolve technical and non-technical issues related to Expereo’s services by liaising with customers and local providers
- Act as the first-line support person for both internal and external parties
- Manage Network & Data Communication Systems and ensure customer excellence through relationship management
- Work collaboratively with Network and System administrators to achieve preset organizational goals
- Identify and establish new processes to optimize and improve the customer service experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, systems, and work processes through continuous training
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in IT or Telecommunications
- Thorough understanding of routing and switching, SD-WAN, and cloud concepts
- Extensive hands‑on experience with Cisco and Juniper routers and switches
