Case Manager Client Advocate & Resource Navigator

ShareHouse is looking for a Case Manager to counsel clients through individual case coordination. You'll assist clients in accessing programs and services to promote health and wellbeing, while also advocating for their needs.
This role requires a Bachelor of Science degree in social services and a North Dakota Social Work license (LSW or LCSW). The position offers a full-time schedule with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and generous PTO.
