CAS EP Mapping Specialist - Victoria, BC

Responsibilities

Provide technical, educational, clinical and sales support to assist the Region in meeting Cardiac Ablation Solutions sales and customer service objectives.

Deliver hands‑on case support using advanced mapping systems, generators, software, pumps, and associated accessories.

Conduct product demonstrations and lead in‑service training to drive successful adoption of mapping and ablation technologies.

Troubleshoot real‑time technical and workflow issues in the electrophysiology lab with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.

Partner with sales teams to support account growth by providing clinical expertise, technical insights, and customer education.

Act as a key liaison between physicians, lab staff, sales, and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and high customer satisfaction.
