Carpenters Helper

**Carpenter’s Apprentice**

**NW Crew** – Corcoran, Rogers, St.

Michael, Monticello, Maple Grove

**Pay: $20-22/hour**

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Assist Journeyman carpenters with daily exterior carpentry tasks
+ Set and install windows and exterior doors
+ Apply house wrap to protect exterior wall framing
+ Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
+ Read blueprints and accurately measure materials
+ Perform general labor and installation duties
+ Work at heights using provided fall protection and safety equipment
+ Participate in daily safety meetings and jobsite setup

**Required Skills & Experience**

+ 6+ months of construction or general labor experience
+ Experience working on ladders with basic ladder safety knowledge
+ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
+ Comfortable working on ladders up to 36 feet
