- read drawings and sketches to fully grasprequirements
- take measurements and calculate thesizeand amount of material needed
- cut, shape and other material according tomeasurements
- assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves andother items and install them
- skillful with wood working machineriesrouter, planner, sanding machine, etc
- lead a team of experience carpenters,trainnew carpenter
- able to work independently
