**Carpenter Laborer**
**Pay: $20/hr**
**About the Role**
We’re looking for a motivated **Carpenter Laborer** to join our team. You’ll work across multiple areas of construction—including framing, flooring, drywall, cabinet making, and final finishing—within an indoor prefab building environment. This is a first‑shift position with steady hours and opportunities for overtime and long‑term growth.
**Schedule**
+ **Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm**
+ Ability to leave early when daily goals are met
+ Occasional **10+ hour shifts** based on workload
**What You’ll Do**
+ **Framing** — Cut lumber, build walls using air nailers, and work with jigs for accuracy
+ **Drywall Installation** — Hang drywall, cut around fixtures, read tape measures, and finish with tape and paste
+ **Floor Assembly** — Frame floors with joists, install subfloors, and add insulation
