**Job Description**

This role supports a foreman and crew with metal installation projects in both shop and field environments. It is well-suited for individuals with experience in general labor, construction, or carpentry who want to develop their skills and grow into a specialized trade.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist the foreman and crew with metal installation projects in shop and field settings.
+ Support construction and carpentry tasks, including framing, finish work, and general labor activities.
+ Use hand and power tools such as drills, saws, and other equipment safely and effectively.
+ Measure materials accurately using tape measures and other measurement tools to ensure proper fit and alignment.
+ Follow installation techniques as instructed and apply them to various construction and metal installation tasks.
